Silicones have a long history of use in the Healthcare industry due to their inherent biocompatibility, resiliency, resistance to typical sterilization methods, and because they are nearly inert. Silicone rubber is widely used in both disposable and reusable medical devices.

Our silicone rubber products are available in three forms. Many of our grades are compliant with USP Class VI and ISO 10993 standards.

LIMS™ (Liquid Injection Molding System) products can be used to mold silicone components in high-speed, automated equipment.

Select-Hesive™ LIMS have the same outstanding physical properties of standard LIMS products, but can be overmolded to various thermoplastics like PC, PBT, PPS, and PEEK without primers or pre-treatment. This increases design flexibility, reduces parts, and increases productivity.

HCR (High Consistency Rubber) can be extruded into a nearly limitless variety of profiles.
